On October 1st and 2nd, the ERASMUS+ VTskills partners gathered in Thessaloniki, Greece, for its second general meeting, hosted by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. The consortium discussed and validated the results of Work Package 2, which was completed in September.
The partnership identified a comprehensive set of skills essential for Sustainable Precision Viticulture (SVP), categorised into three key areas: green, digital, and resilience. Additionally, SVP job profiles were prioritised and validated. These current and future skills for SVP farmers and workers will provide a foundation for developing training materials in the upcoming Work Package 3.
During the meeting, the partners reviewed and conducted a gap analysis of the training materials developed by the SPARKLE project (Entrepreneurship for Sustainable Precision Agriculture). This review focused on the topics of interest and the structure of the training modules, setting the stage for the preparation of e-learning courses expected to be finalised within the next eleven months.
The next project meeting is scheduled for April in Toulouse, France. See you there!
