Resolvo participated in the second partnership meeting of the project ‘Sustainable Alliance Manager: Learning Experience towards Collaborative Skills with Green Consciousness’ (SAMExperience).
SAMExperience is a three-year ERASMUS project aimed at bridging the gap between theoretical and practical knowledge in the collaborative-green sector. The SAMExperience project is coordinated by the Faculty of Business Studies at the Mondragon University, Spain.
The project goal is to foster the exchange of knowledge and best practices to create a learning experience for Sustainable Alliance Managers (SAM). SAMExperience seeks to equip professionals with the collaborative and green skills necessary to build and manage sustainable alliances within SMEs in the manufacturing sector.
The meeting took place in Katowice (Poland) on 28- 29 November at the University of Economics. It was attended by all project partners, who enthusiastically defined the profile and competencies of the Sustainable Alliance Manager. This meeting also laid the groundwork for the development of a digital and customised learning path that will be piloted in five European universities across five countries (Spain, Romania, Lithuania, Poland, and Italy). Resolvo contributed to the project’s management aspects.
