One step closer to aerospace: the MAE partners meet in Ireland

On October 9th and 10th 2024, the MAE consortium met in Ennis (Ireland) for the fourth interregional meeting, hosted by the partner Clare County Council.

The meeting was the occasion to learn more about the aerospace ecosystem in Clare County, characterised by a dynamic environment with innovative SMEs and other organisations. Partners could visit the local companies Takumi and Shannon Precision and take a look at the activities of the Technical University of Shannon and of the Future Mobility Campus, pioneering innovation in the aerospace.

Besides inspiring study visits, the meeting also included interactive sessions, to take forward the exchange of Good Practices among partners and initiate the road-mapping work. Resolvo coordinated these sessions, helping partners take advantage of project learnings to improve their policy instruments and effectively support the transition of SMEs to the aerospace.

In the coming months, MAE’s peer learning will take one step forward, with bilateral study visits as a tool for partners to integrate each other’s Good Practices in local policies.

MAE partners look forward to this further step of their interregional work!
