Different European funded programmes have different financial reporting rules. No two programmes are identical, as Resolvo has learned from years working in this field!
Let’s take the example of the European framework programmes for research and innovation.
We started with the Sixth Framework Programme for Research (FP6), continued with the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) and Horizon 2020 and have already started work on the current Horizon Europe. Each programming period brings novelties…and not only that…each programme has many sub-programmes….Resolvo guarantees long-standing experience and continuous training to keep up to date on programme developments.
In the context of Horizon 2020 alone, Resolvo supported partners in over 15 projects, accompanying them in all stages of reporting.
Our activities can be briefly summarised as follows:
- support for planning, documenting and reporting personnel costs, travels, equipment, other direct costs and subcontracts
- preparation of audit trails for the collection of documents needed to justify the reported costs
- support in interaction with the project coordinator
- assistance in the preparation of external audits
- input of reporting data on the “Funding and Tenders” portal and support for the use of the portal (e.g. assignment of roles, continuous reporting, etc.)
This means that you, as a partner, can concentrate on your technical activities and leave the administrative headaches up to us.
