The role play of the Business Case competition organised today in Florence by Resolvo is based on this concept.
14 Interreg Europe projects focusing on different aspects of the Energy Transition will present their approaches and try to convince the audience to vote for them.
The Business Case competition will help them define and present their value proposition. However, to have a better chance to succeed they will have to take many factors into consideration.
These factors will be analysed in three workshops focusing on:
– analysing the users involved in the process;
– analysing the resources needed to make the vision a reality;
– analyse the external factors that will have an impact on the actions identified.
