COEUS Towards the Development of Corporate Digital Responsibility (CDR) Skills: kick-off of activities

The first meeting of the COEUS project took place in the picturesque city of Ljubljana on 17 and 18 June 2024, kicking off the journey into digitalisation and corporate digital responsibility (CDR). Partners from six Central European countries (Italy, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Poland, and Croatia) attended the transnational launch event organised by the project leader, the Digital Innovation Hub.

The event, dedicated to CDR and CDR skills, with a focus on international and EU developments and initiatives, hosted speeches by numerous experts in the field, including Rob Price and Jessica Huntingford. Partners actively participated, presenting and sharing their experiences in supporting digitisation skills in SMEs, as well as discussing their S3/S4 priority sectors.

The second day of the meeting was dedicated to the introduction of the first project activities, with a focus on defining the state of the art for the development of CDR skills to be transferred to SMEs. Afterwards, the partners participated in an interactive session dedicated to the definition of a guide for the creation of a local stakeholder group to develop a strategy for the involvement of stakeholders in CDR.

The partners will meet again in November for the second project meeting in Austria to continue towards the goal of helping companies integrate digital responsibility into their daily activities.
