Programme objective
The Programme works towards the objectives of the EU 2020 Strategy in the Northern and Central Mediterranean area by promoting smart, sustainable and inclusive growth. In particular, the Programme addresses problems inherent to marine, coastal and island areas, as well as inland areas with specific risks of isolation.
The role of Resolvo
In summer 2017, Resolvo, together with the companies Resco and Soges, was awarded the contract to provide Technical Assistance to the Programme.
In this role, Resolvo supports the Managing Authority (Regional Government of Tuscany) in carrying out their obligations, including:
- Maintenance and revision of the Programme’s management and control system and monitoring system
- Monitoring of project implementation and management of the project monitoring system
- Management of relations with institutional actors involved in the Programme, the Monitoring Committee and the Steering Committee
- Design and implementation of financial management tools and procedures for the Programme
- Preparation of Calls for the presentation of project proposals and related selection criteria
- Evaluation of project proposals
- Evaluation and monitoring of State Aid schemes
