IN-TOUR is a project on accessibility training for tourism professionals funded in the framework of the Erasmus+ programme.
The project, which involves 14 European partners, is coordinated by AISM (Italian Multiple Sclerosis Society), while FRI – Foundation for Research and Innovation is in charge of the activities linked to Quality Assessment.

The role of Resolvo
Resolvo Srl is carrying out an External evaluation service using a co-creation approach. The aim is to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the IN-TOUR project, bringing insights to the partnership and recommendations for improvements. Activities carried out to draft the review reports include documentary review, organisation of co-creation workshops and focus groups, administration of interviews and questionnaires.
