Paolo has been working in the field of ICT consultancy and European project design for over 20 years, specialising in SME support. During his professional experience he has covered positions in public administrations, research centres and private companies, where he has been in charge of designing, developing and implementing research and innovation projects.
Paolo has a degree in Electronic Engineering and a PhD in Automated Computer Engineering.
Besides his mother tongue Italian, he speaks excellent English and good French.
Jessica has more than 15 years of experience in the design and management of European projects, specialising in European Territorial Cooperation. Her professional experience has taken her to Tuscany and to Brussels, where she coordinated activities in various European Networks. Her particular area of interest is Corporate Social Responsibility.
Jessica has a degree in History and Italian and a Masters in International Development.
Besides her mother tongue English, she is fluent in Italian and speaks excellent French and good Spanish.
Sara has been Project Manager at Resolvo since 2009. She has developed in-depth knowledge of EU programmes and experience in design and management of European projects. Between 2014 and 2017, she was responsible for the Resolvo London office, acquiring skills in business development.
Sara has a degree in Political Science and a PhD in History and International Relations.
Besides her mother tongue Italian, she speaks excellent English and French and good Spanish.
Miriam has worked at Resolvo since 2010, covering all the technical, managerial and financial aspects necessary for the design and management of European, national and regional projects. Before joining Resolvo, she worked in Spain and in Ireland.
Miriam has a degree in European Languages and Cultures and a Masters in International Relations.
Besides her mother tongue Italian, she speaks excellent English and Spanish.
Silvia joins Resolvo’s Management team in 2024. She has over 15 years of experience in communication strategies, brand identity, media relations. She began her career in Brussels, working for European and international organisations, before moving to Rome, where she worked for over 11 years in the publishing industry. More recently, she has worked in post-production and visual effects for film, television and OTT platforms.
Silvia holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a specialisation in International Relations, a master’s degree in European Studies and an executive master’s degree in Digital Marketing.
A native Italian speaker, she has an excellent knowledge of English and a good knowledge of French.
Francesca has worked at Resolvo since 2012, dealing with European projects management, regional and national level grants and evaluation of European programmes. Before joining Resolvo, she was an intern at the European Commission, DG REGIO and worked on European funds.
Francesca has a degree in Political Science and a Masters in Management of European projects.
Besides her mother tongue Italian, she speaks excellent English and good French.
Stefano has worked at Resolvo since March 2015, dealing with regional and national level funding, administrative management and support to proposal submission. Before joining Resolvo he worked at ARTEA – Regione Toscana for 3 years.
Stefano has a degree in Economics and Business Management.
Besides his mother tongue Italian, he speaks excellent English and good French.
Irene joined Resolvo in November 2017 and she is one of our project managers in the European Project Department. Before joining Resolvo she worked for over 7 years as a European Project Manager and for 2 years in the strategic marketing.
Irene has a degree in International Relations and European Studies and a Masters in Marketing Management.
Beside her mother tongue Italian, she is fluent in English, French and Spanish and has basic knowledge of Japanese and Russian.
Pietro joined Resolvo in April 2017 and he works on European and Regional project design and management.
Before becoming part of the Resolvo team, he worked and studied in Denmark, Germany and the USA.
Pietro has a degree in International Relations, with specialisation in EU Policy, and a Masters in Energy and Environmental Risk Management.
Beside his mother tongue Italian, he is fluent in English and speaks good German.
Francesca joined Resolvo in April 2020 and she works on European and Regional Projects reporting.
Before becoming part of the Resolvo team, she worked in a Big Four audit and consulting firm.
Francesca has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Corporate Governance and Management. She studied also in Spain and Australia.
Beside her mother tongue Italian, she is fluent in English and Spanish.
Viola joined Resolvo in September 2023 and she works as an assistant on European and Regional project design and management. Before becoming part of the Resolvo team, she dealt with project management for two associations operating in the social field, working closely with the Florentine administration.
Viola has a Bachelor’s degree Political Science and International Relations and a Master’s degree in International Relations and European Studies. She studied in Belgium and completed an internship at the Tuscany Region. Besides her mother tongue Italian, she is fluent in English and has basic knowledge of French.
Giulia joined Resolvo in 2023 and is responsible for the technical and financial design and management of European projects.
Her work experience took place in Bologna, where she was involved in the management and coordination of projects in the field of territorial development, strengthening her skills in social issues such as inclusion through facilitated financial instruments.
Giulia has a degree in Finance, Intermediaries and Markets.
A native Italian speaker, she has a good knowledge of English and Spanish.
Dragana joined Resolvo in 2023. She is a European project manager and in charge of networking in the Western Balkans. Before collaborating with Resolvo, she worked as project manager for various Horizon Europe projects, as financial manager of a regional project in Bosnia and Herzegovina and as auditor for international projects.
Dragana has a degree in Economics.
Besides her mother tongues German and Bosnian/Serbian, she speaks excellent English and has basic knowledge of Spanish.
Valentina joined Resolvo in 2024, as part of the team working on technical and financial management of European projects.
Valentina’s training and career began with her studies in Management for the Social Economy and have since focused on preparation and management of projects funded by national and European programmes.
Italian mother tongue and excellent knowledge of English.
Pawel joined Resolvo in February 2022, after having obtained the qualification of Cyber Security Specialist from to the IFTS course, run by the PIN – Polo Universitario “City of Prato” in 2021.
Pawel is trained in full stack programming and keeps up to date on cybersecurity related topics. At Resolvo, he is in charge of the management of IT infrastructure, websites and company social networks. He is a Polish native speaker, with excellent knowledge of English and Italian and a good knowledge of French.

Leonardo joined Resolvo in November 2023, following his participation in the national Cyberchallenge competition with the team from the Tuscan Cybersecurity Competence Center (C3T). He has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and has obtained the Certified Ethical Hacker diploma.
At Resolvo, he primarily deals with cybersecurity services, including Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing. A native Italian speaker, he has a good knowledge of English and a basic knowledge of French.
